FAQ
-
Can I bring a professional camera to an open session?
Absolutely! During our open sessions, you're welcome to bring any camera of your choice. We simply ask that you’re mindful of everyone’s time and avoid monopolizing the sets for a single shot. For more dedicated time to perfect a specific look, we recommend booking a private session.
-
If I’m not taking photos do I need a ticket for open sessions?
A valid ticket is required for every guest entering the facility. All minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
-
Can I bring a change of clothes to capture multiple looks?
Feel free to bring multiple outfits to batch-create content during both our private and public sessions. We provide clothing racks and changing rooms for your convenience.
-
Do you have equipment we can use?
We’ve got you covered with full lighting equipment, seamless backdrops, and triggers compatible with Canon, Nikon, and Sony cameras—just bring a capable camera!
-
What if we need to cancel our booking?
We understand—things happen! That’s why our policy is flexible. In most cases, you'll receive a one time credit toward a future open session. This excludes events and private sessions.
-
Are you open for drop ins?
Absolutely! Feel free to drop in during our open hours Friday–Sunday. Just be sure to check our calendar first—some weekends we host private bookings or events that limit public access.
-
If I book a private session, can I access all the sets?
Yes, when you book a private session, you'll have full access to all rooms, seamless backdrops, and available props. Please note that some props are rented out periodically, so if there's a specific prop you'd like to use, be sure to mention it in your questionnaire. This allows us to confirm its availability for your session.
-
Do private studio rentals include a photographer?
No, studio fees only cover access to the facility, decor, and props. If you’d like to book us for photography select “Photography Bookings” from our main menu to book our in-house photographer Bree. When you book us directly, there is no studio fee.
-
Are changing rooms and restrooms available in the studio?
Yes. Changing rooms are available in our common area for all guests. However, restroom access is reserved for private sessions, and during public session, guests are welcome to use the nearby mall restrooms.
